How to cancel

Log in to your dashboard

Open the Billing Portal

Click on Billing in the sidebar to open the Stripe billing portal.

Cancel your subscription

In the Stripe portal, find the active subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel plan.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm that you want to cancel. Your proxies remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens after cancellation

No. Your proxies remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you paid for a month, you have access until that month ends.
No. Once canceled, no further charges will be made. The subscription will not renew.
Yes. If your billing period hasn’t ended yet, you can reactivate your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Your proxy IPs will remain the same as long as the subscription is reactivated before expiration.
Once the billing period ends, your proxy IPs are released and may be assigned to other customers. You’ll need to purchase a new plan, which will come with new IPs.

You can undo a cancellation at any time before your billing period ends and keep the same IPs. Once the billing period expires, your IPs are released and cannot be recovered.
