All billing is managed through the Stripe billing portal. You can view invoices, download receipts, and manage your payment methods there.

Accessing invoices

Log in to your dashboard

Open the Billing Portal

Click on Billing in the sidebar. This opens the Stripe billing portal where all your billing is managed.

View invoice history

In the Stripe portal, you’ll see a complete list of all invoices with dates, amounts, and payment status.

Download a receipt

Click on any invoice to view details or download a PDF receipt directly from Stripe.

Invoice details

Each invoice in the Stripe portal includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Product purchased (proxy type and quantity)
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Payment status (paid, pending, failed)

Payment methods

You can add, update, or remove payment methods directly in the Stripe billing portal:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cryptocurrency (via invoice metadata)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stat Proxies never stores your card details — everything is managed by Stripe.

Failed payments

If a payment fails:
  1. Open the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard
  2. Update your payment method with a valid card
  3. Stripe will automatically retry failed payments
  4. If your subscription lapses, your proxies may be deactivated until payment succeeds
